 In the summer of 2003 my wife and I bought 97 acres of land near the Fallcreek / Dixie cut off road.  Anderson Ranch Reservoir is located just 1.5 miles down the road.

2004 I built an out house to use while camping on the 33 acre section located near the north west section of our land.

With a little help from Kenny Guilbert putting the finishing touches we had a Elmore County legal Out House.

Camping was fun for a while but there's no replacement for real creature comforts.  In the summer of 2007 Christi & I

decided a summer home would be a nice touch for us when we reach our retirement years.

 In the summer of 2009 we started replacing the old barbed wire fence with new 6' steel post and 4 strands of barbed wire.  Although the fence was not completed that summer 3/4 of a mile was and the remaining 1/2 mile is planned to be completed by June of 2010.
